Overview

We want you to be delighted with every purchase. If something isn’t right, this page explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work for orders from GhorShaj. We keep the process simple, fair, and compliant with standard e-commerce practice.

Return window

Most eligible items can be returned within 3 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging. Some product categories (e.g., clearance, final-sale, or specified exclusions) may be non-returnable.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging and your order number. For verified damaged or incorrect items we will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund — and we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Change of mind / unwanted items

If you simply change your mind, you may return most items within 3 days; the item must be unused, in resalable condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated on the product page. (Custom or made-to-order items are excluded)

Custom, made-to-order, and personalized items

Custom or personalized items cannot be returned for change of mind. If a made-to-order item is defective or damaged on arrival, we will assess the case and offer repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. Sellers and small shops commonly set specific rules for custom orders; GhorShaj will always aim for a fair resolution.

How to request a return or refund (step-by-step)

  1. Email info@ghorshaj.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if damaged/defective).

  2. We’ll reply with a Return Authorization (RMA) and return instructions within 48–72 hours.

  3. Pack the item securely (include original packaging and any tags) and ship as instructed.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you and process the refund or exchange.
    Do not return items without prior authorization — unauthorized returns may be refused.

Refund timing and method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has passed inspection. Please allow up to 14 business days from receipt of the return for the refund to appear on your statement (actual bank processing times may vary). For order cancellations processed before shipping, refunds will be issued as soon as cancellation is confirmed.

Return shipping costs & deductions

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, damaged, defective), GhorShaj will cover return shipping.

  • For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping and any shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds for returned items may be reduced if the item is not returned in original condition, missing parts, or shows signs of use.

Non-returnable items

The following are typically non-returnable: final-sale clearance items, personalized/custom items (unless faulty), and items explicitly marked “non-returnable” on the product page. Always check the product page for any category-specific rules.
